Questions you might want answered.

What size do you draw? 

I do 3 sizes  

A3 – 29.7cm X 42 cm Small size portrait - $190.00  - perfect for a desk or bedside table.

A4 – 21cm X 29.7cm Medium size portrait - $350 - This is able to fit 2 pets head in image.

A5 – 14.8cm X 21cm Large size Portrait - $450.00  - Fits up to 4 Pets in drawing.

I will always let you know the exact cost prior to starting. 

$50.00 is a deposit for any drawing.

After you pay your deposit this will come off the total price. 

 

Do you finish the portrait in one day? 

Unfortunately, I do not. I do sittings of 2 to 3 hours at a time.  Most A4 size drawings take 10 to 18 hours to complete. I like to work over 1 to 3 weeks so that I can get the best result for you. It gives me a chance to come back and see with fresh eyes anything I may need to alter.  This is the same at the end when it is completed, I will keep the portrait for a day or two before I give it to you just to make sure I am not missing anything. 

What type of paper do you use? 

I work with pastel pencils on Pastelmat paper. I have found this creates the amazing likeness of your pet.   

Do you draw people? 

I do not draw people. 

Sorry, animals are my thing!! 

Do you draw multiple animals in any drawings? 

Yes – I can do up to 3 pets in one drawing - of the Large size A3.

please note that the smaller size is only big enough for 1 animal.

A4  Can fit 2 pets.

How will I get my portrait? 

I can ship anywhere in Australia.  

Do you frame the portrait? 

I can but the cost would be higher for the portrait.

To keep the cost down for you I send the portrait in a secure package with a mat border around the drawing. This way you can purchase a frame of your choosing for your home.  

Do you ship Outside of Australia? 

No.
